The main purpose of a BTMS is to maintain the battery system in the optimum temperature range and keep uniform temperature variation in the battery modules. Battery thermal management is the critical operation in the ESS/EV. The advantages of liquid cooling solution are high heat transfer rate, allow battery to handle a large pulse of power, and effecitive temperature unifomity.

Q: What kind of battery cold plate can you provide?
A:
1) Stamped cooling plate for prismatic cells / battery pack.

Q: What method of processing technology?
A: We have brazing line, stamping line, extrusion line, and roll boned process line. Also CNC centre is available.
