Sustainability Energy Storage Aluminum Liquid Cooling Plate for Household ESS
Electric vehicles commonly use lithium battery, lithium battery in charge, discharge heat, lithium battery temperature is too high or too low when its life will decline sharply. Therefore, if the charging and discharging speed of electric vehicles is increased, the heat dissipation and heating problems of battery packs must be solved. Then liquid cooling tube comes out. Liquid cooling is a mixture of water and 50% ethylene glycol as the heat transfer medium. The heat is exported through the thin-wall liquid cooling tube and liquid cooling plate to realize the heat exchange between the coolant and the battery, which can achieve higher cooling requirements than air forced convection heat dissipation.
